Adult Ministry - Small Groups

Back to Adult Ministry

Small Groups are smaller communities where individuals can find friendships, practical help, and spiritual growth. All Small Groups are open to new participants. We would like to know who is interested in learning more about the following small groups. If you are interested or have other ideas about possible Small Groups, please contact:

Lectionary Group - Meets at the church on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am to discuss weekly Bible passages.

Bible Basics Group - Meets at the church on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am for informal discussions to become more comfortable and familiar with the Bible.

Women's Book Discussion Group - Meets at the church on Wednesdays at 9:30 am.

Care Group - Meets on Friday evenings at 7:00 pm at members homes on alternate weeks.

Men's Group - Men of the congregation regularly assemble to "counsel together" as to the best means of dealing with balances between your work, your faith, your family and the impact of world events on your faith, family and your career. It is certainly hard to argue against such a meeting. Devoted disciples should "counsel together" concerning their mission and how best to accomplish it.

Craft Night Group - Plans to meet last Friday of the month starting at 6:00 pm. Scrapbooking or bring your own project. Teens through adults are welcome. Contact Arlene Young for more information.
